Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms, swim bottoms)
- Panties and intimate underwear
- Bras (including specialty bras from our Anita, Amoena, and Adidas collections)
We make exceptions only if these items arrive defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you) with your RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution)
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will process your exchange once we receive the original item
- If the requested size/color is available, we will ship it within 1-2 business days
- If your requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (with some exceptions), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items
- We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value
- Return shipping times may vary depending on your location
